I came into Aimbridge during a challenging time for this particular property and all I have seen is amazing support to bring it to where we should be. During which I have still been given the opportunities to attend 2 different seminars to grow professionally and personally!

Seeing the teams in each department smile real smiles and engage with our guests to create lasting memories and a desire to return for work or for a stay.

The earnings of PTO time to time worked are well within the range I am used to in the Hospitality field, and I am encouraged to use the time off!
What are some of the best things about your team?
This was a failing property when Aimbridge took it over. The team was already in place and have embraced the changes that are leading to major growth and elevation of individual happiness. It is a true team that supports each other.
