When i started it was great it was always something going on at work which makes it fun and eager to come but once we had a changed in management i feel like we are being micro managed and I feel like when you get a promotion we dont get the training we need but yet they expect you to no for the job

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Do to new management everyone will expects something differently and that's understandable. But I feel like in a way I'm being singled out so that's how it feels to me but I'm trying to see the greatness as to why certain things are being done to me.
