New manager, we are still on the process of changes which so far it has been good changes.

The turnover in this hotel is very low, we all know each other and we all work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that all outside expenses have been going up, salary sometimes can be tough to manage all my expenses.
