I was excited when I began working for the company as I was told I could lead and was going to grow and progress however now I am unhappy as I have to work in a hostile environment when my leader comes to work and nothing is done about it despite communicating with HR. Leadership here is comfortable

They want to learn and develop and work together as a team and have amazing communication skills. They are the reason I am still here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My regional cares about me and aids me in receiving the development I crave. She is supportive and sees my potential and allows me to lead and is unbiased.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be allowed to do the job that I was hired to do without having to work in a hostile environment. I'd like for my manager to take accountability and for her to allow me to lead without her feeling threatened or resenting me. I would also like to be compensated at a higher wage.
