It started off good, now it just feels like everyone is trying to one up each other for whatever reason. Hotel is needs improvements for example :elevator needs to be working properly, we have hot water issues, a/c needs in each room needs to be changed because they are old, housekeeping improvments

The work environment is negative, management is at each others throats ,employees don't work together as a team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be on top of work , it feels as if they don't want to take responsibility and all the work is given to only two managers out of 9.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not say " its not my job " . Cooperate at work and not let one person do the job. Clean up after themselves. Help each other. be respectful to each other.
