As not been bad but no good as well. I been dealing with toxic people that create bad feeling and not a good work enviromental. But thats doesnt mean that all the places are like that. This company is a solid company with a great employees.

Should always evaluate the staff not annually but consistensy and appreciate what the employee do for the hotel.

I love and passion for what I do. That what makes me move. When the job enviromental is toxic things always goes wrong.

The unity of the team. We work together for the same objective that is the guest. we get along well and we behave like a family.
