Overall, I enjoy my job, but I think there is too much focus put on the wrong things. Bonvoy Enrollments, QA and cutting costs are always top priority, and there should be focus on creating better guest experiences and employee engagement. We seem to forget that we are in hospitality sometimes.

My coworkers and clients that keep excited.

We have each other's backs and will always support one and other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are flexible with us with our schedule and allow us to focus on work/life balance when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have some great people, but there are also some people with rather toxic traits. The good overall outweighs the bad.
