Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increases have been evenly distributed within our discipline since 2020; we are told this is the fair way to do things. This fails to recognize individual performance. A 2–3% incr

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I work remote, and work 10+ hours a day. I participate in meetings with my colleagues and leaders, otherwise I don't get much culture except through the respectful interactions within my department and other supporting departments I interact with.

What makes you most happy at work?

The future of Aimbridge is iffy, with our loss of properties and lack of growth. Lack of bonus doesn't look like a bright future. I am here to stick it through and focus on supporting my properties and helping the team grow.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Direct HR discipline leadership team is supportive and communicative. They are as transparent as they can be with real time information that is pertinent to my position and the teams I support. They keep me in the know so I can effectively operate on the day to day.
