Overall, I think Aimbridge is a good company. They have come far over the last few years but still feel there are many disconnections that hopefully will change over time.

What I like best about my leadership team is the freedom to get my job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are what make the culture. You cannot fake it. Just because a company claims they have culture does not mean they truly do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Receiving fair compensation without the need to threaten to leave is essential. Employees deserve to be paid appropriately for their contributions. Replacing staff is far more costly than simply compensating them well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is we have each other's back. One team, one dream! If one of us fail, we all fail and if one of us win, we all win.
