My job has evolved throughout the years with different processes and hotels. This makes it difficult when trying to establish strategic initiatives and build relationships with those on-property.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our job duties have been shifting with more responsibility. A routine market analysis on wages would encourage associates to continue improving their efforts.
