When we don't have any break-ins

the team has the same vison/ goal to witch we are working towards
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that we are all working to improve and everyone is noticing the changes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care is pretty good and paid time off plus I get all mayor holidays paid even if i do not work

They are open to improving and learning and take in suggestions or trying new ways to improve. Change does take time. We have change a lot but still have ways to go to were we want t be
