What is the best part about your compensation package?
It OEM Salary. I get paid when I work more then I am required to. That is rewarding.

I am utilized as a manager where needed. Guest Relations and Guest Satisfaction are my forte, I help set the example for others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sales team know how to keep the occupancy of the hotel high and find the right groups that fit with the culture of the hotel brand.
