What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are a lot of engineering and operation problems which are often reoccurring, and a few which have been going on for more than 3 months
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares for us deeply as people. They are super kind, personally and professionally. My General Manger seems to take a personal investment in my professional success. The Director of Sales is helpful when I inquire, and recognizes guest positive comments directed at me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was (asked) transferred to night audit, and compensated fairly. When I was the Front Desk Lead, I was not compensated fairly. Other than my direct manager who does a very good job at this, there is a lack of positive verbal reinforcement and verbal recognition from other members of the exec. team
