My staff & GM teamwork. Great environment working together.

My team is great with problem solving and excellent with interacting with guest. They work well with others and independently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay. I live check to check with no room to have a savings. The cost of living is expensive.
