That most the leadership team, goals align with one another.

being able to learn and then teach others how to understand the hospitality industry works.

That there is a variety of culture and the team really wants to make our guests happy.

A few of them are very familiar with the area and can be amazing when they put in the effort.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that when I have an idea to improve something or want to redirect the team, I am dismissed.
