What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it! We have so many options regarding our health coverages, the life plan is great and it is literally the best compensation package I have ever seen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like my compensation to be more inline with all the hats, projects and responsibilities I take on rather than a general description of my role that comes from the HR department according to my job title.
