What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work remotely, in various states, and most of us have never met. Despite all of that, we are a very cohesive team. You would think that we all work together in the same office on a daily basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love working for a company who promotes diversity and inclusion. We are a top rated company for both women and diversity, and have been given awards over the past several years for it. The company goes out of its way to help associates in whatever is needed, both personally and professionally.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel staged and it was an open and honest 2 way conversation with the interviewer/hiring manager.

It was quick and informative. The interviewer didn't drill me but made me feel relaxed and in turn I felt I could be more genuine instead of feeling like I had to put on a show.

What makes you most happy at work?
I am very fortunate to be a remote from home associate. I am so much more productive in my home office than I was in the physical office. I have no interruptions from people stopping to chat, etc., and I am able to focus solely on the things that need to be done. It's a great work/life balance.
