Everything. I never worked with any company like Intersys where Leadership personally involves in every issue to make it a priority.

I wear too many hats to be getting paid as little as I do, not to mention the importance of what I do as well. Not saying I should be getting a million bucks a year or something crazy, but $63k isn't enough.
