no i feel valued, just way underpaid

Doing way more work then the pay is worth. Actually getting regular raises.

We've had to bring our own supplies in to complete the job. I am exlpected to work above and beyond the measley minnimum wage I'm paid. On pay day, we don't get paid until after some banks close for the weekend.
