I appreciated that they not only made sure I was qualified but also ensured I was a good culture fit, that is equally important!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we should have much better retirement benefits & not the same as our consultants. We need a 401K with a match, we need paternity leave & maternity leave.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family. Each person respect one another & helps each other when needed. I feel that I can ask them anything & we celebrate our wins together, big and small!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the consultants, my team, my director. I love the challenges and fast paced environment. I feel that I'm valued and respected. We work hard & play hard which is a fun environment!
