Our Leadership team is supportive, prioritizes our success as an organization and as individuals, and listens to our feedback. We are always heard by our leaders!

I enjoyed the way my entire team was a part of the interview process, so I already knew everyone I would be working with when I started!

My team is full of driven people. They are all very encouraging and supportive. We are all friends outside of work too which is a huge bonus!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our maternity and paternity leave, our PTO package, and our mental health care access is impeccable. I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made in these areas over the past year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team genuinely cares about the employees. Communication and messaging is always consistent from C-Suite all the way to middle management. There is never a question about where our values lie. Leadership prioritizes our well being and success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hard working, supportive, and they're all super fun to work with. I am grateful for the meaningful connections I have with my colleagues all across the country, especially those I work with daily in my market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No drama and everyone genuinely wants the best for each other. Negativity and gossip are frowned upon and you cannot get ahead by stepping on people. Our Leaders recognize us for our positivity and kindness. We are encouraged to do the right thing always.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base salaries are not in line with market value right now. Neither is our PTO plan. We do not get 401k matching or stock purchasing options. Definitely huge areas for improvement. However, as a high producer, these things are fine because my commission outweighs a lot it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are incredibly transparent, down to earth, and prioritize their people. The support we receive from our market managers all the way up to our executives is second to none. My favorite thing about our Beacon Hill leaders is that they listen to our feedback and they implement our requests!
