What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team is a like-minded team player, regardless of background. It's refreshing to work with others who genuinely want to see you succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salaries are not ideal (although commission structure makes up for it). The maternity/paternity leave is SEVERELY lacking, and no 401k match is tough these days, especially with such low bases.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is so fun to recruit with! No matter what we run into every day, we pick each other up and leave the office with our heads up and ready to take on the next day.
