Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see BH offer a 401K matching program, and I am a little disappointed with the health insurance options.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Achievement and effort are noticed and rewarded. Help is offered often, and when you ask for it, it's given. Recruiting can be very competitive, but I feel like I can trust everyone on my team to act with integrity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My boss is one of the best I've ever worked for, she truly cares about us and encourages us in positive ways to do our best. My team is made up of fun, professional, smart, hard-working and generous people who value teamwork and supporting each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to hear feedback from candidates' that I've placed that they are happy in their new position, and that they've enjoyed working with me throughout the process. I'm equally happy when I hear that clients are pleased with the candidate's I've found for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Beacon Hill Leadership team responds quickly to the issues that have come up in this fast-paced, ever-changing marketplace that we've all been immersed in since the pandemic. They are open and responsive to employees' needs and concerns, and they are quick to recognize and award achievements.
