The leadership team at BH is collaborative, constantly working together to look at the whole picture and how that will filter down to the employee experience.

Work hard play hard. We all work hard together for a common goal and are often rewarded as well as receive many opportunities to socialize and build team collaboration.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation at the Director level and above is lacking due to the player coach role. Directors should be compensated at the same or a higher commisson rate than individual contributers due to the other duties they are required to perform as a player coach
