Working as a team to help put people into new opportunities. It's a win-win-win situation for the candidate, the company and us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission structure is very high compared to the rest of the market. Also, incentive bonuses are a nice add-on and these bonuses motivate employees to perform.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a perfect blend of accountability and autonomy for employees at the production level. There is a belief and trust exhibited by our leadership team that emboldens our employees to perform at a high level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company, despite being very large, still has a small company, family feel where each individual's impact is greatly felt. We're also nimble and can react to changes in the market at a rapid pace - not a lot of red tape to deal with due to a much flatter leadership hierarchy.
