I've always felt valued and invested in at BHSG. I've been given a ton of career opportunities as well as opportunities to develop professionally. I've grown tremendously as an employee and industry professional but also as a person from my time here.

I appreciate the unlimited commission potential.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're very collaborative and supportive. Everyone backs each other up. We also have fun together and genuinely care about every aspect of each others lives!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are treated well. The leadership team invests in continuing our traditions and the things that make our culture fun and motivating even as we grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and truly care. I also appreciate the vision they have for the future of the company and how they communicated it. I've always felt valued and invested in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that we have a base salary as well as unlimited commission potential. I've always felt that I've been paid fairly and had control over my ability to quickly make more and more money over the years.
What makes you most happy at work?
The pace of the work, that I see the fruits of my labor in both compensation and other wins on a day to day basis. The people I work with make it fun and I constantly am feeling challenged and continue to learn new things.
What makes you most happy at work?
How fast paced things are and I love working with my team! I also genuinely enjoy the work we do - finding great people jobs and great companies great people. Being able to control my own income potential through that type of work is exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about employee happiness and retaining employees. They want to make sure we're feeling challenged and continuously developing in our careers and give us access to tools that allow for that. Once trust is built we're given a lot of flexibility and autonomy. They value hard work and effort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're supportive and encouraging of each other. It's rare in a sales job that colleagues cover your book of business so you can completely sign off and enjoy a vacation. We share ideas and tips constantly to help each other find new candidates/clients. We truly all want the best for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If staffing is something you see as a career, there is a lot of longevity amongst the team at Beacon Hill. And so many people to learn from. There are also a ton of woman in leadership which is impressive to see. I've always felt like the sky is the limit and that I'm treated fairly as a female here
