My team cares deeply about my personal life and wellbeing. I am not just another corporate number, I really matter to people and I can feel that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the base salary was higher. In a difficult job market, commission is unreliable at times. Having a higher base would make me feel much more financially secure. I make a decent living with commission but without I struggle.
