Making placements and money and hitting incentive trips/milestones
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put employees first in their decision making and view employees as the biggest asset to the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More direct communication and being more open to feedback. Emotions run extremely high sometimes and we forget we are all working towards the same goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company organizes a lot of fun events - our team just doesn't mesh super well right now. A dedicated, professional person coming in specifically for team building could be helpful
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Individual HDHP is very reasonable for costs and deductible. Good PTO and floating holidays options. One suggestion is a company bereavement policy for the loss of a pet instead of having to make sure you have enough PTO.
