It's been a consistent 3 years with Beacon Hill. I've had ups and downs, but the people have made it worthwhile.

They all seem to be good people, and most of them don't hesitate to extend a helping hand.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team are great people. They've shown this time and time again in a multitide of ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is the sense of belonging with Beacon Hill. Seems like everybody is welcome and given a fair opportunity for success.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happiest when I get the right people a job. That doesn't always mean the most qualified candidates, but people who really need one and deserve it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think after 3 years of working here, I should be paid more than the bare minimum. I'd feel better about my compensation if they had any sort of pay increases due to tenure.
