This agency is a little bit better run then others, and amazing executive team. Benefits are terrible, and high turnover rates so I don't believe they are meaningful with their hires. If there were better benefits I believe they'd take hiring more seriously and employees would also stay longer

They are lovely, hardworking people who are still there for us no matter what

How we are always there to help each other out, we are very close and are there for each other

My base salary + commission. Everything else is bad. 1 year to wait for 401k no match, minimum time off, health insurance high detectables
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available, they don't hid behind closed doors they sit with us on the floor. They have done everything in their power to give me and my co-workers what we need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not contributing to our 401K is huge for me, I believe the benefits a company provides shows how much they value you. There is no match on 401K, not much PTO and a couple other smaller things.
