The majority of employees in the majority of our staff divisions are hard working and down to earth.

Our executive team is very approachable! They communicate often to all company employees regarding growth plans, strategies, compliments, structure changes, etc.

Been a long time but our CEO carved out an hour + to have a chat with me when I flew to Boston to consider a Beacon Hill opportunity!

Our local team is very supportive. We all get along great and share a common goal for business. We are able to resolve issues in a productive manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO is the best! He is approachable if needed by every person working at our company (yes approachable!), down to earth, a super cheerleader to all the employees, and fully understands the importance of work and family balance.
