Beacon Hill Staffing Group is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I can't imagine working for anyone else. I feel like the staffing world can get a bad rep due to turnover, but that turnover is usually because of leadership. Thats not an issue here.

It has been a great experience. What I like the most is the support. I feel like I run my own desk but my manager is there whenever needed. Working remote can be challenging for most but we've really gotten into a good groove.

We work really well together. We also communicate all day which helps when remote

We are paid very well when it comes to commission, better and more fairly than most companies.

They give flexibility on how you want to run your desk while still offering a lot of support.

I feel we are paid fairly but our benefits could be better. we also dont have stock options

You meet the whole team not just the manager. They make sure its a good fit all around.

They are responsive and respectful. We work really well together an what someone is lacking, someone else soars in.

It feels like family. They truly care about how you are doing and try to help you reach your goals.

We all get along really well. It is so diverse. We also take the time to be invested in each other.

Communication and team work! We know the overall goal as a team and focus on that rather than individual. My team has also become like family to me.

We feel like family. I feel like I can talk to my manager and team about anything. We all feel as though we work in a professional and safe environment. Nothing gets swept under the rug, we figure it out as a team or if its personal, just you and your manager.
