Since before day 1 at Beacon Hill i have been welcomed with open arms, before even starting with the team i received emails and phone calls of welcome. Once on the team, everyday has been what i want to make of it and having the ability to create opportunity for myself and team is amazing!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is how fun and supportive we are with one another. Everything is a learning opportunity and despite the competitive culture the goal is to win together and have fun while doing it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Beacon Hill truly understands work life balance and wants the people working here to succeed. We discuss strategies to achieve goals and opportunities personally and professionally, but my leadership understands everyone is working to live and not living to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The best part was having the opportunity to speak with the senior leaders of the company, but also speak to my direct teammates during the process. I was able to get a comprehensive view of the company and truly know what I was getting into from the start.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job itself makes me extremely happy- i am able to build relationships with clients and understand their needs and with that i have the ability to make positive impacts on the business, team culture. More importantly I get to change people's lives- helping candidates achieve career goals. :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus opportunity and the commission structure is elite and when i joined into the team I was offered a compensation package that allowed me to care for my family while building a book of business. They truly are investing in their talent to ensure we are building the best team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Andy Wang the leadership team he has put in place are some of the most supportive and creative I've had the opportunity to work with. They are constantly coming up with ideas to keep the team motivated and consistently delivering a message of care and compassion for clients, candidates and the team!
