I started with BH, almost 1 year ago and I couldn't be happier. I have grown as a sales person tremendously over the course of 1 year and that has everything to do with Beacon Hill and our values as a company. I'm never micro-managed and always encouraged to keep pushing towards success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
-Local and Executive teams are always encouraging you and pushing you. -Mentor program for newer sales folks is amazing for connecting and networking. - Check-ins and encouraging messages from our CEO and higher level executives. -Quarterly events, yearly annual end of year party,
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to speak with multiple people about multiple factors about what I could bring to Beacon Hill. I spoke with a Recruiter, a Division Director and a Regional VP. All of whom if I needed something, I could call any three of them for help. Very conversational.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team are the energy and drive that each individual brings to the table every day. We could not get our jobs done without one another and we constantly have each other's backs. We go on quarterly outings and lunches together and we really respect and trust one another
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is seeing the people I work with and for. Helping my fellow sales teammates with a task, finding my client that perfect candidate and getting that hard to reach manager on the phone makes me happy. Knowing that we have each others backs no matter what is everything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What's best about the leadership team is their passion and excitement about what we do. You can feel their energy and they are always pushing us to be our best and to give our best. You can go to them with questions, concerns, good news, bad news...we're a family and we show that day in and out.
