Delivering for our clients and consultants makes me most happy, and beating our competition is a close second.

Our leadership team understands what it takes to be successful in this industry and also how to grow and retain good people.

Our team is full of a bunch of great and fun people who are also very driven. We all want to succeed but also have as much fun as possible while doing so.

The best part about Beacon Hill's compensation package is that there is always more that you can make. They don't change their compensation structures or impose quotas or rewards that are unattainable like many of our competitors do. They compensate you and reward you in a way that is motivating.

The culture at Beacon Hill is very much centered around fun, work hard/play hard, and also being a place where you can meet your professional and personal goals. Beacon Hill also attracts the best people from new grads to people who are nearing retirement which is different than our competitors.

I think we all love the happiness of hitting our goals and making our clients and candidates happy. But I also love it when we are able to get together and have small or large celebrations with our team and our clients. That is the thing I miss most in this crazy 2020 world we're living in.
