Executives were actively involved in the interview process and everything was very transparent.

The benefits package is not very good, particularly if you need spouse / children participation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teams are made up of qualified, experienced recruiters and sales people who are collaborative and supportive. We don't have meetings just for the sake of meeting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
After working at another National staffing company, Beacon Hill was a refreshing change. My boss gives me autonomy and there is tremendous opportunity for growth. The Executive Team, and especially Andy Wang, are actively involved with employees and working here feels like being part of a family.
