Everyone here takes their role seriously. They want to succeed and see others around them succeed. They are here to take others on the journey to success with them and are really supportive when someone is in need.

How engaged everyone who interviewed me was during the process. They showed genuine interest and listened to me and provided feedback along the way. They also checked-in during the process to see if I needed anything or had any questions that I might not have gone over yet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health benefits are not terrible but could be better. I wish there was only an option for an HSA instead of an FSA. My previous employer also contributed money to employees HSA's, as well as paid partial phone bills, etc. Our base salaries are lower than other orgs with less perks tied to compensate
