It has been a LONG time since I interviewed. It was a great process then and I'm sure it's a bit more structured overall now.

This isn't the best part. I wish there could be a 401K match but understand I think why it's not possible because we have so many temp emploeyes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Id love a 401(k) match and the upcoming change of medical insurer will likely mean i have to change some providers. But I get it, and understand the rationales.
