Getting the opportunity to continue to make money and also interacting with my coworkers.

We are all so supportive of each other and we truly want each other to succeed. Its a competitive environment, but it just pushes us all to continue working hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all so supportive of each other and want each other to succeed. We also have a great "work hard, play hard" mentality, which keeps the relationships and work fun in the office!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm satisfied with my benefits, but I think they could be improved - it would be nice to have another 5 days of PTO and it would be nice to have matching with our 401K as well as Stock Options within the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ever since I first started at Beacon Hill, my managmenet team has been behind me 100% and excited for me to succeed. They were always giving me feedback on my work which has ultimately made me a better recruiter! So thankful for all of the leaders in our company who are always willing to help!
