We're all very good at what we do and we can work interchangeable with different roles and candidates seamlessly because most of us have worked together a long time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost to employees that have family benefit plans through BHSG is really high. Compare that to how much they spend on Corporate outings and Holiday parties. You'd like to see more investment in benefits for Career Staffing employees with Families.
