Our diversity- my group is very diverse, we embrace our differences and we are able to communicate about that.

This team has become my family. After 2.5 years of partnerships, we rely on each other both professionally and personally.

We all are very different but all have common goals/interests in the long run. We love partnering together and would rather push another one of our teammate's up rather than ourselves.

They are invested in our team as much as they are invested in our clients. We work cohesively as a group and leveling doesn't impact the respect you receive. Everyone's opinion is respected and valued.

They all are very experienced but come with different backgrounds so they are collaborative to find what works best for our team as a whole. They are always open to hearing the team's suggestions and understand us each as individuals rather than as one large entity.

We all have the same mission/vision/values/goals. We all want to be the best but we also want to see everyone succeed. There is no pushing down others to get ahead. We would rather someone on our team (other than ourselves) be successful than no one at all.
