What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i started this year during the pandemic so it is hard to say without having the "usual" beacon hill experience
What makes you most happy at work?
i get a paycheck and if i continue to do my job i will continue to get a paycheck and be able to feed my family and keep a roof over their head
What are some of the best things about your team?
i appreciate that a lot of my co workers are fun but also in a similar place in life as me so it is easier to relate on life style outside of work and have similar drivers when it comes to meeting professional goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are VERY expensive and the deductible is threshold is high to meet on the family plan. There isn't a single place on the beacon hill website to identify additional information about compensation, and the base salary is low compared to competitors an the commission plan is confusing
