barely had any training besides the modules. Just kind of thrown into the ring and expected to succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
help paying for metro rides would be a huge plus instead of just taking it from pre tax. I also feel as though 40,000 is a good salary if I was working 40 hours/week, but I work more like 50-55 and only make 40k and on a small team like mine it is hard to make commission
