Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is low, and compared to industry leaders, bonuses are very limited and lower than most.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive leadership and upper management is encouraging, very keyed into how the region and division is doing, and communicative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Executive leadership and regional management does well in sharing updates and celebrating good things that add a positive spin on things and sustain a connected culture.
