Some help (Dropping the draw at least somewhat) in the middle of a pandemic would have been nice
What are some of the best things about your team?
The age difference. We have groups in their 20's all the way to their 60's and everyone can socialize with one another
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If referring to my direct manager, we have always had good chemistry and he makes sure to call me every week to check in on how I'm doing personally and professionally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people here are great. Even across departments, everyone seems to get along for the most part and misses seeing each other. That's hard to find and I do appreciate it
