Always try to keep and upbeat and positive attitude no matter how slow we get.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The draw was a nice buffer but working with accounts that have 50% markups is insane. Zero transparency and have expressed my concerns but they seem to go by the way side
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization with sales leadership is honestly the worst I've seen in 10 years of my career. Great personalities but sometimes clueless as to what is going on in the field....8 out of 10 times.
