That we have been able to retain the recognition things like TOTH, PClub and Holiday Party and anniversary rewards even though we have grown so much larger over the years. It is always just as night as previous years.

I like that our leaders have been consistent from our founding, that we have found a way to stay true to our core values since the beginning to present even in spite of massive growth and change and that our internal employees matter above profits.

My team is competitive, hard working and high energy. We want to win and are willing to grind to get to where we want to be as a team! We celebrate each other's successes and are always trying to figure out ways to grow!

The culture is fun and competitive. We celebrate successes and we have the freedom to grow our careers however big we want them to be. It is also balanced to be able to do all this and be successful as a working parent and personally.

There are a lot of rewards and recognition for people who are performing well. There is a lot of freedom as a leader to lead your team in the way you see fit and you can always go to executive leadership including our CEO with ANY issue and know he is a safe person to talk to who will listen
