The commissions structure is great. Would love the opportunity for a yearly review with opportunity for raises.

The constant mentality that we will get through this very difficult patch and come out greater and stronger as a company.

Pre-covid: casual team activities outside work, team building happy hours, recognition for TOH and PC, the Holiday party in Boston, etc.

We are a seasoned team that has worked closely for a number of years. We know how we all work and operate with each other thus making our processes very smooth.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to discuss and navigate through challenges in this market with our team and know we are all doing what we can to support each others success. Knowing no one is being left behind.
