My team is honest, fair and great at communicating.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making money but also connecting with great candidates and making those really hard placements!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team and family environment - normally when we have quarterly outings we come together and can have fun without talking about work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct Manager knows things are tough, she sets up calls to check in on me as a person and my mental health. She provides constructive feedback and truly cares about me as a person which ultimately shows up as an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation hasn't been a problem for me until this year (b/c of COVID) and I feel there hasn't been any talk about how someone like myself can 'get out of the hole'. Its stressful and I've brought it up with my Manager who says I will get out of it but there are concerns about that.
