We are all so supportive of each other and always wanting to help in any ways we can!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy we have a good base salary, I wish that it was a higher increase once you hit senior level recruiter. The Commission Compensation is really the kicker though, thats where I make the most money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership is great! Especially when Covid hit, it was really nice to hear from top leaders that we didn't need to be concerned about losing our jobs. Everyone is so supportive and great about building up success as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Direct Manager is amazing! She truly cares about me as a person and in my success with Beacon Hill. She is always available to talk strategy with me and always gives me feedback about how I can continue to grow and be a better recruiter.
